The roomy pastry shop is home base for aspiring “apprentices”. Baker wannabes can enroll in a private class geared exclusively to their culinary level and interest. Novices might opt to discover the art of tarts, or bake cakes with cream or mousse fillings, and learn to frost and decorate. Chocoholics can get hands-on instruction on tempering, molding and enrobing hand-rolled truffles, ganaches and simple garnishes. More advanced students may wish to focus the session on subjects such as European-style cakes, fillings, or decorating techniques. Package Includes :
