New Couples' Floor and Bespoke Romance menu create a sparkling Shanghai experience.

Research shows that being a happy couple has little to do with what is said but rather what is experienced. Introducing innovative ideas for intimacy, Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai launches the Couples' Floor and Bespoke Romance menu.

All rooms on the 25th floor are elegantly enhanced with sensual in-room fragrance and candles. Silky pajamas, lavender and green tea-scented bath salts and a DVD library of 14 classic romance movies awaits in the room. With an additional charge of CNY 269.00 per night, couples will also enjoy a confirmed upgrade to the next room category, late check out at 2:00 pm, and complimentary sunset cocktails with window-seat views in the Executive Club on the 37th floor. More enhanced Bespoke Romance a la carte activities take the experience to the next level:

Early Morning Madness (CNY 1,200.00): Couples enjoy a one hour private tai chi class at the Hotel's newly upgraded fitness centre, and find love harmony through ancient Chinese flowing movements.

In-Room Breakfast (CNY 500.00): Away from busy restaurants, couples share the first meal of the day in bed, with no knock on the door from housekeeping before noon.

Cook and Eat (CNY 600.00): Couples take a private cooking class with a master chef and learn the secrets of classic Chinese dim sum such as xiao long bao and shrimp dumpling. Then, they savour a sumptuous dim sum lunch at Si Ji Xuan Chinese restaurant.

Signature Bath Indulgence (CNY 400.00): Couples soak in a deep bathtub in the VIP couple’s treatment room at the award-winning Qin The Spa for a 60-minute bath prepared by a professional Spa bath butler, with choice of peach blossom and dandelion bath, ginseng leaf and angelica bath, or wild orchid and peony empress bath.

Moonlight Midnight Passion (CNY 1,000.00): Sweethearts swim like a king and queen as the entire swimming pool can be reserved from 11:00 pm to 12:00 am. One bottle of Champagne included to ensure a sparkling evening.

Discover Shanghai (CNY 2,400.00): Couples meet the city’s renowned photographer Wang Gangfeng for a 90-minute walking tour in the local neighbourhood, including the rare chance to visit a 1920s historical Shikumen-style house. Photography service included to give this Shanghai trip a special touch and memories.
